Privacy policy
Renewable Ready is a static website. We don't run our own quote forms, accounts, or lead-capture funnels — so we don't collect very much. Here's exactly what happens.
What we collect directly
Nothing on the site itself. We don't ask you to sign up, create an account, or fill in any form. If you email us at hello@renewableready.co.uk, we obviously have your email address — we use it only to reply to you.
Analytics
We may use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible, Cloudflare Web Analytics, or similar) to understand how many people visit which pages. These analytics do not use cookies, do not track individuals across sites, and don't collect personal data — only aggregate page-view statistics.
Affiliate links
When you click an affiliate link to a partner installer or energy company, the partner may set a cookie on their site to track that you came from us — so they can pay us a commission if you go on to buy from them. We don't see your personal information; we only see aggregate referral data ("X people came from Renewable Ready this month").

Hosting
The site is served from a UK-located VPS via Coolify. Standard web server access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, page requested, timestamp) are kept for security and operational purposes, and rotated/deleted within 30 days.
Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Given how little we hold (essentially: anyone who has emailed us), this is usually straightforward — drop us a line at hello@renewableready.co.uk and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We'll update this page if our data handling changes. The "last updated" date is May 2026.
